My clients are not themselves producing Biodiesel.  They are receiving a Form1065 K-1 with their share of the Biodiesel tax credit reported on their K-1.

For ProSeries:

Simply add Form 8864 and I will manually fill in the amounts on lines 10 and 11. 

Or, allow me to e-file if I attach a pdf of a completed Form 8864 before e-filing.
