Special character text entered in suggestions is displayed back within the application as HTML ampersand codes, such as the ampersand showing as ampersandamp and a non-breaking space showing up as ampersandnbsp. Not very graceful.

The penalty Computation on page 2, line 10 is enter line 27 of Schedule AI but it is not picking up the right amount it is a different number.
