I think I have called tech support once in the last five years.  Last summer I couldn't open the 2018 program because of some password change.  I called and a very helpful and pleasant young lady walked me through it -- she needed to take control of my computer, which involved downloading some program first.  I should have posted a compliment back then, but I'm happy to do it now.
