I can't find a file that my client has signed using docusign in the efile center. When I go to form 1040 individual, I find the file. When i try to open the file, i get an error message: This file is currently locked by uninstallinfo. When I click on the more info link, I'm taken to a page that says:
We're sorry, we can't find the page you requested.
