I purchased ProSeries Choice 200 and then decided to move it to hosting through RightNetworks. On Friday when I was testing my software, I realized that the 200 returns that I should have available to me are gone. I get a message that I need to purchase Pay Per Return. I spent most of Friday on the phone with Intuit and was told that they had to do "escalation" and I should be fine to begin processing returns on Monday. As of today, I still show zero returns available to efile when it should show 200. Anybody having the same issue
