So from what I’ve been reading I will not receive a second stimulus check. I was eligible for the first but is was garnished for back child support. According to the IRS I will have to file for the Recovery Rebate Credit for the upcoming tax season. Since my tax returns are garnished for child support it seems I will not receive the badly needed funds and it seems it is a way to garnish the second stimulus check for child support
