The IRS is helping people who did not receive the correct Stimulus Payment or any Stimulus Payment at all by adding a Recovery Rebate Credit to the 2020 1040 forms.  I will continue to update this thread as the process unfolds into 2021.  There seems to be a significant number of people who share this problem.
