I have a couple Federal tax clients who didn't receive their full refunds,  were shorted a couple thousand.  (looks like CTC)  and never received an IRS letter explaining why there was a difference.  The IRS website "where's my refund" and the client's IRS online account don't give any details other than in processing.  Just wondering whether I am not alone and what is the resolution?   Thanks in advance!
