My client had a coronavirus-related 401k withdrawal in 2020 that I plan to file on their 8915-e and spread over the next three years. Proseries is allowing the same treatment on their Maryland state return. I had not found anything saying Maryland was allowing this. Should Ieave the 1/3 distribution in there or manually change back to the full distribution?
