They already voted on similar nonsense, last night.  Republicans for, Democrats against.  Everyone knows that it doesn't have a snowball's chance in the Senate or at the White House, but enjoy the show.  2023 is the Year of Gridlock, so at least we won't have to worry about many tax-law changes.
