There isn't a "199A" form per se.  There are worksheets for the computation.

For 2019 there will be a 199A form 8995 (short form) and 8995-A (very long form)

Are you asking about EasyAcct or about ProSeries https://accountants-community.intuit.com/articles/1859317-proseries-asset-entry-worksheet-faq-s 

199A is not likely to be part of any asset depreciation software.
