We are running EasyAcct in a terminal server environment with files hosted on a shared drive for multiple users. We are constantly running into data loss problems where accounts for the transaction table will disappear, or employees within companies, or after running the Data Index/File Repair utility within the program. Such losses are accompanied by Btreive errors, and the steps in this article do not remedy the problem. It would seem the data likely still exists, but is put out of place by indexing issues or something to that effect. This occurs multiple times a week and across several companies. How can we avoid this data loss/corruption?
