If you cannot find your client files in ProConnect Tax, try the following fix:
Clients missing from the list:
To find the client, you’ll need to change your client list filter to see inactive clients.
To change a client back to active:
- Select Clients.
- Select View inactive clients.
- Select the target client.
- Select Make active.
Additional clients showing up on the list:
If you’ve added clients in the past and they didn’t show on your list, you might see them after the system upgrade.
To change the client to inactive:
- Select Clients.
- Select the target client.
- Select the small arrow next to Edit.
- Select Make inactive.
