What exactly do you mean by that?  If you have problem accessing certain input forms or fields, suggest you do the following, which should resolve most issues:

• Use only PTO-supported browsers;
• Clear cookies and cache;
• Restart browser;
• Restart machine/device;
• Always open PTO only in incognito mode
