Can you clarify?  Your title said it was not populated, but then you said you want to print the "completed" form.

Is the form populated or completed?

If not, that is what you need to do.  Did you enter the 1095-A?  Is there a credit that applies or a repayment?  Is the taxpayer a dependent?
