If you opt to use the Engagement Letter in Intuit Link, you can get an electronic agreement from your client whose email is associated with your account. But many find that woefully inadequate and would have their clients digitally or electronically sign their engagement letters using some other means. As you may be aware, the E-Signature within PTO cannot be used for any purpose other than electronic signature of tax returns.

The engagement letter can be uploaded via link correct and client can manually sign take a pic and upload right? Would that seem like a good alternative? Trying to make it as easy as possible for clients that may not have computer or scanner
