Deleting forms in PTO entails deleting the input for a particular form.  Sometimes, the entries are input on a tab, which can be easily deleted by clicking on the x on the tab.  Other times, as for F.8379, you'd need to remove the input on each of the lines on the input screen (Miscellaneous Forms > Injured Spouse Allocation (8379)).
