PTO will automatically pull the correct filing address based on the mailing address of the taxpayer, whether there is a balance due, and whether the return includes forms for international returns (such as F.2555).  However, PTO does not have an option for street addresses that should be used with Private Delivery Services, which can be found here: https://www.irs.gov/filing/submission-processing-center-street-addresses-for-private-delivery-servic...
