The following will resolve most issues:

  • Use only PTO-supported browsers;
  • Always, yes, always, open PTO only in incognito mode;
  • Right-click in white area and choose refresh frame if available;
  • Clear cache (and history) and restart browser;
  • Restart machine/devise; and
  • Try another PTO-supported browser or another machine/device, if available.
