The following will resolve most issues:
- Use only PTO-supported browsers;
- Always, yes, always, open PTO only in incognito mode;
- Right-click in white area and choose refresh frame if available;
- Clear cache (and history) and restart browser;
- Restart machine/devise; and
- Try another PTO-supported browser or another machine/device, if available.
