PTO trails Lacerte by some unknown amount of time. It appears Lacerte just released on 12/20, so PTO should be there soon. https://accountants-community.intuit.com/announcements/1775228
Lacerte does post expected release dates for 2018 here https://lfs.intuit.com/#/ I am not aware of an equivalent for PTO
