Client received NJ Paid Family Leave Income in 2019. Is it taxable income for both Federal and NJ returns? There was no 1099 sent to client.

It is taxable on federal but not on NJ return. No 1099-G would be sent. Your client needs to log into this NJ DOL website to download the 1099-G: https://myleavebenefits.nj.gov/help/taxforms.shtml
