I have attached the ACA Explanation and checked the box that says the client did not purchase marketplace insurance.
ProConnect Support did a screen share with me and confirmed I did everything right. They told me to go ahead and re-efile and we hung up.
Now, I cannot clear the Critical Diagnostic to be able to e-file and PC Support is closed. How do I clear this to be able to e-file?
