On form 6765, I have elected for all R&D credit to be used as payroll credit. However, on 3800, the full amount is still showing up on line 30, 36, Part III 4i, 5, and 6. Now it is also showing up as carryover to 2024. 

When the R&D credit is used for payroll credit, I thought it shouldn't carryover to next year. Am I missing  something?
