I entered W2, line 1 as KS and 2,3,4,5,6 as US then in state area left 16 blank enter 17 as KS and

18 & 19 MO local taxes per amounts that were on the W2 -  I also put in dates of part time residence

in both states -  coming up with small refund for KS and no taxes for MO, but don't see anything on the local taxes???
