Does it take longer than past years for federal efile to be accepted....ste was accepted five days ago

sometimes the return really is accepted but the EF center has to be given a shake.. in the EF Center there is a column called Next Step. On that return, click on Update EF Status and see if that changes the status.

Highlight the file in the EFcenter, then use this option
