I am ready to submit an amended return and the state box is not allowing me to check. Will both returns get submitted by just checking the federal box?

The only critical diagnostic is telling me to select the amended e-file option, however, the state box is showing the diagnostic error button. How do I e-file both amended returns?

I placed a call to customer support and it turns out that clicking the "ignore diagnostic" box will resolve the issue, which is being worked on by Intuit for next year.
