Proconnect will not support this choice when e-filing and flags it as a critical diagnostic. Even Proconnect chat had issues with the critical diagnostic and said to mark it to be ignored, and paper file if it is rejected. Many foreign employers may not have US based FEIN's to satisfy this requirement.
