I filed returns for a client with several San Francisco area partnerships that qualify for delayed payment until 10/16 of the FTB fee. We indicated on the CA 8453 a debit date of 10/15/23. The FTB debited their account on 4/27. This has caused a financial hardship for the client. Is there anything the client can do? Request refund?
