I submitted a return on 4/12 with a balance due to Colorado. I wanted it withdrawn on the 13th, so I input the override. 

The return also had a balance due to Federal & it was also to be withdrawn on the 13th. 

The returns were accepted. The federal amount was withdrawn. Colorado still hasn't withdrawn the amount; it is now the due date, and I haven't been able to get through to their customer service line.

I'm sure I did something wrong. What is it?
