How do I generate payment vouchers for a state that was not included in the tax failings (new, moved headquarters in 2022 so no 2021 form required)

2021 required 1120S, NY state and NYC filings, however client relocated in 2022 to NJ and I cant figure out how to generate vouchers for a state that wasn't filed in the current year.

You could add the state.

Or get vouchers from the state website.

But I think NJ requires electronic payment.
