Yes. Because the developers at Intuit provide software with numerous errors, and refuse to fix many of the errors.
Most likely it was actually filed but the software has an error that isn't updating. But unless you confirm that with the IRS (such as looking at the transcripts of the recipients), it is difficult to know for sure.
