Did you ever get an answer, or find a solution to this? I have a customer getting the same error trying to open an uploaded PDF document. Thanks.

I finally did. Apparently, if you follow the old instructions to upload documents ("Act as taxpayer"), this will happen. (I seem to remember that there had been an update to the IntuitLink site, so I guess that is when it changed.)

You need to follow a new method - click on the documents tab and to the far-right, click "Upload to Client" and then upload the document. You can then click on a new button to the right "Notify Client" (or something like that,) and send an email to the client to let them know you have uploaded the document.

Hope this helps.
