No 1098-T was issued as it is a foreign educational institution with no EIN.  I have indicated no 1098-T but it is still requiring an EIN even though I chose Foreign in the Federal ID number drop down.  Note the university, University of Warwick is qualified for the educational tax credit.  https://studentaid.gov/fafsa-app/FSCsearch/compare
