Estimated tax payments are being calculated incorrectly for the 2021 tax year for returns with a recovery rebate credit.  Estimates should be 100/110%  of the current year's tax liabiity.  What is actualy being calculated is 100% of the current tax year's tax liability minus the recovery rebate credit.  This seems to be a bug as the credit would not apply in the following tax year.  Tried other options for the credit as well but they all use that as the basis, unless you manually enter the 2022 income.
