I made three calls on an error in the ProSeries Software affecting Pa. returns where Sch D does not transfer stock sale from Federal Return to State of Pa when you place a J (joint) in the Federal worksheet.

ALL THREE CALLS DROPPED AFTER BEING ON HOLD.  The third agent told me they are not having a problem on their end.  I use internet phone VOIP and my internet never went down so it is their system.

Intuit does not care about customers complaints the problem is ALWAYS on our end!   I was told by the third agent that she would call me back if the call was dropped, 2 hours later still waiting.
