When clients try to "Accept" the invite, they get the message "Wrong Link" and it says its unsecure. We have never run into this issue in previous years, and now this year it is popping up with a ton of clients, which are in turn getting very frustrated with us because we have no solutions. We have asked them to try opening in Chrome, and also tried different email addresses, but this issue is still consistently happening. We have talked to ProConnect support as well as our company email support, and they keep referring us back to the other one to fix.
