It can happen. ProConnect Tax (and, therefore, the Intuit Link drawer within) is a bit temperamental sometimes but following the steps outlined below should resolve most issues:
- Use only ProConnect Tax-supported browsers (see https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/product-system-requirements/help/system-requirements-for-pro...);
- Clear cache and cookies;
- Exit and restart browser;
- Restart machine or device;
- Open ProConnect Tax only in incognito mode, always;
- Use another ProConnect Tax-supported browser if problem persists; and
- Use another machine or device, if available.
Opening ProConnect Tax only in incognito mode will help avoid most common problems.
