  1. Make sure you're using a ProConnect Tax supported browser;
  2. Clear your browser's cache and cookies;
  3. Restart browser and preferably your PC/device; and
  4. Open ProConnect Tax in incognito mode, always.

Opening ProConnect Tax in incognito will help avoid most common problems.  If you continue to have problems, try another supported browser and/or PC/device.
