Yeah, the I never received the first notice.   Here's the second notice saying I owe..........because of some document I forgot to give you..........The mail has sucked during the pandemic, at least with my post office in Brooklyn, NY, so it's happened more than normal.  Though of course, I have clients receiving notices where tax agencies are wrong also.
