How do I go about entering one form 1095-A into two different tax returns.  The parents pay for the health insurance and the son is covered under their health care but he is not a dependent in their income taxes, should I divide the amounts and enter 1/3 of the info into the son's income taxes?

The parties can agree on a different split if they wish.  I suggest you review the instructions to form 8962, particularly the part about Allocation situation IV:

If the everybody is agreeable to it, it is usually best to allocate 100% to one tax return.  Ideally, allocate the 100% to the tax return that has the lowest Poverty Percentage on Line 5 of the 8962.

Enter the full numbers from the 1095-A into the program.  Right below that, fill out that section to enter whatever allocation percentage you will be using.
