I think it is rather odd that you guys are having a problem, but won't give details.

• What does the error message say?
• What is the incorporation date?
• What is the S-election date?
• What type of tax 'year' is it (calendar, fiscal, etc.)?
• Is this a 'short year' return?

It is rather unrealistic for anybody to try to help you if you don't provide AS MUCH DETAIL AS POSSIBLE about the problem.
