I have additional foreign income on Form 1116, Line 1 (General) that permits adjustment of the denominator in Line 12a(2) of the reduction in foreign taxes calculations. I cannot find an appropriate place to increase the amount that flows through to Line 12a(2) to result in a correct allocation ratio on Line 12a(3).
