Should Line 6 of Form 8606, (FMV or ALL IRA's) include Rollover IRA's? I know traditions, SEP and SIMPLE are included. The rollover value is $500k+ so it's relevant.

The instructions & Pub don't specify if the value of a rollover IRA account should be included in line 6, although it says "all" traditional IRA's.
