Where do I file a form 706 if the decedent died in Illinois ? Can I send via UPS ? How many copies do I send ? Do I request a prompt determination ?

Have you notice top of 706 it says for people who die after 12/31/2018?? Yet it has the Exemption amount for people who died IN 2018. I reported this when program debuted. How many Intuit programmer does it take to fix a typo?
