I have tried updating the EF status and nothing changed. 

Also after going into the file to edit/save I went to e-file and it says it's already been e-filed on the menu. 

Obviously it's after the deadline and perfection period has passed, this is more to verify whether the extension has been filed and the program does not seem to have a consistent record.
