Please tell me where I would enter the annual filing fee of 10.00 that is due each year. 

In 2019 is was 

It use to be on line 15.

Line 16 was penalty and interest

Line 17 Balance due

On 2020, line 15 is penalties and interest 

Line 16 Balance due

I do not see any line for filing fee, am I doing something wrong or what

Please advise. I would appreciate it
