For Sch A, form 1040, how do you enter cash contributions carried forward from 2015, 2016 & 2017. The carryover worksheet has those columns blacked out for cash contributions.

For 2017 and earlier, there is no 60%. started with 2018, and 2018 is not blacked out for 60%
