I have client with a qualified disaster loss.  It is transferring to Iowa Schedule A under line 18.  It has been reduced $100 and 10% AGI.  

I think it should show the full amount minus $500 on line 19.  Has anyone had any of these in Iowa?

Also, the IA form 4684 says 2019. I don't think there is an IA 4684.
