Hello Community,

Any advice on what one must do, or what one should never do in the matter of the IP PIN? This question actually affects my own return. Last year, I went through the process to get an updated IP PIN, and my husband also, and the return still rejected. Out of frustration, I just mailed it. I really would prefer to e-file, of course, so any advice is greatly appreciated as I begin the process again to retrieve an updated IP PIN. Of course, the IRS didn't actually send a CP01A Notice. Sigh.

Thanks everyone,

Dawn
