I'm sure they will, currently IRS appears to be "reviewing the tax provisions" and then will be finalizing guidelines. You can keep an eye on this page, https://www.irs.gov/affordable-care-act/individuals-and-families/the-premium-tax-credit-the-basics
I hear proseries should have the Unemployment Compensation Exclusion in tomorrow's update,
So I would expect once IRS has their side worked out, PS shouldn't be far from getting updated on APTC as well.

Doubtful. Lacerte is not updating it tomorrow so I would be shocked if ProSeries has an update ready.

I'm more interested to know if ProSeries will handle the nonconforming amendments about Unemployment correctly. I have a suspicion there will be problems (or they completely neglect to deal with them at all, because there is no Publication or Worksheet that talks about it).

Its time for change when Proseries can't just tell you to override amount on sch 2 line 2 to zero and associated forms are over ridden also.
This should not be used unless your ok with a notice but no tax due. Its always better to wait for updates but it seems the cost of the software does not include and training of the people who answer the phone and expect us to solve our own tech problems.

ProSeries still has not updated the tax software to account for the law change with the Premium Tax Credit clawback. The new tax law eliminates some of the 2020 clawback. When will ProSeries have this updated? The problem is on Form 8962, Part III.

You are right, the problem is on Form 8962. So until the IRS updates that form, Intuit can't really do anything.
